  • Creates 3 different types of texture: 1. Thick, smooth and creamy ; 2. Solid and firm ; 3. Light custard cream
  • Instant product in powder form. Just add water or milk for improve texture.
  • Cost reduction. It can be use as filler or base for tarts.
